Curriculum Implementation
All of our staff are specialised in different skill sets and are highly qualified instructors. Our curriculum implementation model factors the labour market needs offering trainees both theory and intensive hands-on training. For some of our programmes, we create our own curriculum and for others, we utilise the resources already created by the Ministry of Education and Science.
Training Support for Trainees
The objective of the programme is to provide skills to gain paid employment and encourage self-employment opportunities. The Pharo TVET Centre provides the trainees with entrepreneurship, financial literacy, coaching, and job-hunting skills sessions. This equips trainees to establish their own start-up businesses once they complete their training.
