Admissions
- The trainee must have completed secondary school (or primary school depending on the course).
- The trainee must have Alternative Basic Education (ABE) knowledge and his/her level of reading, understanding and writing in Somali, English, and mathematics should be at an intermediate level.
- He/she must be a citizen of Somaliland who resides in Hargeisa (or the city where the training is taking place).
- He/she must commit to the duration and curriculum requirements of the programme.
- He/she must be in the age bracket of 18 to 30 years old.

Fee Schedule
Our programmes are 87% subsidised. Trainees are expected to pay only 13% of the cost of the training, which is $140 for the full programme.
Training contribution payment options
- One instalment of $140 is paid once at the beginning of the training programme.
- Eight instalments: $20 paid at the end of each month.
