About

Established in September 2014, the school initially operated under the administration of SOS Children’s Villages, a non-governmental organization, until 2019. It began with 14 classes, covering 1st to 7th grade, and later expanded to 16 classes up to 8th grade. In 2019, Pharo Foundation took over, with a dedication to enhancing the school's status as a leading institution in Somaliland. Our focus has been on delivering high-quality education and continuously improving facilities to create a nurturing learning environment. By integrating Pharo Schools’ core values into everyday interactions and lesson delivery, we strive to develop students who are well-equipped to lead and adapt in a rapidly changing world, ensuring their growth and success are guided by Pharo Schools’ fundamental principles.
