Ilham has over 14 years of experience in teaching and managing schools. She is passionate about solving education challenges and promoting active learning to improve education in Somaliland. Before joining Pharo School in Hargeisa, she was a teacher trainer and advisor for private schools, helping teachers develop better teaching methods.
Ilham has a degree in Information Communication Technology, a diploma in education, and a master’s degree in educational leadership and management. She is also certified in curriculum development and teaching strategies, with 7 years of experience in school management.
In her free time, Ilham enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
