Strategic Philosophies

21st Century Skills

Students need 21st-century skills (‘4C’s) to fully participate in today’s global community i.e. Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity. They need to be able to share their thoughts, questions, ideas and solutions.

Academic Excellence

We believe academic achievement is important for the development of our students as it enables the successful transition into adulthood and for them to achieve occupational and economic success.

Building a Pharo Network

We aim to empower young people to give back to society and their communities. This is through mentoring others, supporting and participating in community initiatives, and showcasing how education can change one’s life.

Pharo Schools are centres of excellence aimed at providing high quality education.

Safeguarding Policy

Pharo Foundation acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults whom we work with. We commit to taking reasonable and appropriate steps to safeguard them regardless of age, disability, gender, race, belief & socio-economic background. These policies and procedures will be widely promoted and are mandatory for everyone involved in Pharo Foundation.
